Is the merchandise made to order?

Yes. Each piece is produced once you order, which is why we ask for a little patience on timelines — it lets us keep quality high and reduce waste.

When will my order dispatch?

Orders are dispatched within 8 working days of confirmation.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 10–12 days from dispatch, depending on your location.

I ordered multiple items — will they arrive together?

Yes. Multiple products in a single order are shipped together under one tracking number.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Size exchanges are accepted within 7 working days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Because items are made to order, change-of-mind returns aren't available. We're happy to help with size exchanges within the 7-day window.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 working days of delivery with a photo, and we'll sort out a replacement or exchange.
