Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At CGH Art Store, every piece is handmade, curated, and quality-checked before dispatch. Because we work with independent artists and limited-edition creations, our policies are strict — but fair.

Returns Policy

As a handmade marketplace, we do not accept general returns.

❌ Returns Not Accepted For:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color variations due to screen/display differences

  • Size misunderstanding (when dimensions are clearly mentioned)

  • Late gifting decisions

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Refusal to accept delivery

We strongly encourage customers to review product details, size specifications, and descriptions before purchasing.

 


 

✅ Returns Accepted Only If:

  • Product arrives physically damaged

  • You receive a completely wrong product

  • There is a major manufacturing defect

All return requests are subject to verification and approval.

 


 

Damage Claim Process (Mandatory)

To protect both buyers and artists, we follow a strict claim verification process.

If your product arrives damaged, you must:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share a full, uninterrupted unboxing video

  • Share clear photos of the damage

  • Provide your order number

Important:

  • The unboxing video must start before opening the package and clearly show the outer packaging condition.

  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • Claims raised after 24 hours will not be considered.

Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund (as applicable).

 


 

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been dispatched.

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

To request cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details.

 


 

Refund Policy

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • Any applicable platform or payment gateway charges may be deducted

  • Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable

  • We do not offer instant refunds

For replacement cases, reverse pickup may be arranged depending on product category and location.
