Size Exchanges

• Size exchanges are accepted within 7 working days of delivery.
• To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
• Raise your request within the 7-day window and we'll guide you through the exchange.

What Isn't Covered

• Change-of-mind returns and refunds are not available on made-to-order merchandise.
• Requests raised after the 7-working-day window has closed.
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, contact us within 7 working days of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right.
